Jonathan Rourke is our Senior Pastor. In 2011 he moved from Los Angeles to become the Senior Pastor of Community Bible Church in Vista. In 2016 that congregation merged with the members of what is now Tri-City Bible Church. He earned his M.Div (2002) and Th.M (2004) from The Master’s Seminary. He and Katherine have been married since 1998 and have 4 children, Olivia, Michael, Andrew, and Jacob.

Dave Crawford is our Associate Pastor and has been on staff at Tri-City Bible Church since May 2022. He earned an M.Div from The Master’s Seminary (2005), and has served musically in the church for over 20 years. Before joining the staff of Tri-City, he taught high school math and Bible classes for 17 years. Dave and his wife Jen have been married since 1999 and have two children, Gwenivere and Emmalyn. Dave’s hobbies include coffee, guitars, and cycling!

Jen Crawford is our Administrative Assistant. She has two daughters, Gwenivere and Emmalyn, and is married to our Worship Pastor, Dave Crawford.

Elders are men who provide spiritual oversight to the church. They are appointed to this role by the congregation and held accountable to the standards outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1–7, 5:19-20, Titus 1:6–9, and 1 Peter 4:10-11, 5:1-4.
